· All the students of TE 45 are informed that the last date for submission of 2nd progress report of FYP is 8th Feb.2012. Submit both hard and soft copies of report and make sure that both of these copies are same.
· After due date for submission one mark/day will be deducted from column (d) of attached performa.
· Report must include: Introduction, Design, Design specification, Development and bibliography. Major focus should be on Development as you have already been assessed for introduction, design and design specifications.
· Presentations will be conducted on 14th and 15th Feb.2012 as per the attached schedule. Your emphasis must be on development work.
· Ensure that you have copied your presentation on the computer of ECR (Dept of EE) before 9:00am on the date of presentation.
· The evaluation Performa is also being attached; prepare your presentation accordingly.
· Demonstration of your work is schedule in the 4th week of Spring 2012. Its marks will be added in column (g) of attached Proforma. Result of 2nd progress presentation will be completed after this demonstration.
· Similarly, in 1st week after midterm there will be another demonstration of graded 5 marks out of HOD/Dean marks.
· Final demonstration will be graded by HOD/Dean and team of FMs at the final rehersal of open house scheduled on 15th and 16th May (tentatively).
